How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. 

How long does it take for an order to dispatch?

Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24-hours. Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched on next working day.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 4-6 working days across Pakistan.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement and before dispatch. Please notify us via WhatsApp, Email or Instagram. Orders may be canceled from our end due to stock issues, fake information, incomplete details, or unpaid online payment verification.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive confirmation email from info@millennia.com.pk. 

How can I return or exchange an order?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided that item is unused, unwashed, original packaging and hangtags are intact. And Item is not part of any sale or promotion.
