customers with all expected services timely. We also keep a record of your personal
information until we complete your order. And for as long as the law requires us to. After
which all your personal information will be deleted.

Millennia may share customer’s personal data with third parties including courier services
companies on behalf of the company for order deliveries. Please keep in mind such shared
information is also protected and secure. We do not sell your information to any third party.

You have complete rights over the provided information. If there is any error in the shared
information on your behalf, you are entitled to request changes, corrections or even request
removal of the data. Our top priority is customer privacy whilst processing your orders. We

Shipping policy
Delivery time: up to 6 working days
• Orders received by 12 pm will be dispatched the next day.
• Orders received on Sundays and any national holiday will be dispatched the next working
day.
• Delivery time is between 6 to 7 days (no delivery on Sundays). However, delivery may
take longer during busy shopping season, festive season, in the event of sales, strikes or
natural disasters.
• Delivery charges may vary depending on the city.
• We will deliver to the shipping address provided while placing an order.
• To cancel your order please contact customer services within 3 days after placing the
order.

Returns and Exchange policy
Exchange policy
We at millennia aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you need to exchange an item
for a different size, color or article. You can do so, under the following conditions:
Items are eligible for exchange if:
Time frame: Items are eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery of the
parcel.
Condition of items:
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all hang tags
attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
Non-Exchangeable items:
• All customized and/or personalized items
• Accessories
• Sale items
Exchange Procedure:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer services team at
info@millennia.com.pk or send us a message on our Instagram or Facebook page. You can
also contact us on WhatsApp +923340022055.
Once the exchange is approved, our customer services representative will generate a new
order form for the exchange. Upon dispatch, our rider will collect the previous product and
deliver the new shipment within the next 4 to 6 days. Please ensure you the product is packed
properly in its original packaging before handing it over to the courier to maintain the quality
and condition to ensure exchange. The delivery time for the new order will be 4-6 working
days once shipped.
Shipping cost: Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping cost of Rs 350 to 500/-
depending upon your city, except in cases where the item is defective.
Defective items: If you receive a defective, please contact our customer services team
immediately after you receive the parcel.
Please note:
• Maximum of 2 exchanges will be provided per order (excluding sale orders).
• Items purchased during sales, or any other promotions cannot be exchanged.
• No refund will be provided for any price difference when exchanging items.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.

• After approval of refund, customer will receive a confirmation message from our
representative to proceed with the refund and warehouse address will be shared.
• The customer will be responsible for self-dispatching the parcel; to our dedicated
address and share courier receipt via WhatsApp at +923340022055.
• Once the return is received in its original packaging and the product is in unused and
unworn condition. Upon verifying the condition, we will process the refund.

Shipping address: Will be shared once the customer sales representative has initiatied the
process of returns.
Verification of products: After receiving the products, our customer services representative will
verify its condition.
Bank details for refund: after verification, our representative will contact you to obtain your
bank details to process the refund.
Refund processing time:
The refund process may take up to 3 days after our team has received and verified the items in
question. We thank you for your patience.
Exclusion of Liability:
Millennia is relieved from any liability of a refund/or exchange in the following:
• Damaged products due to use and/or mishandling by the customer. Including washed
items and use of fragrances on any items.
• In case the customer changed their mind or did not check the product description(s) at the
time of purchase.
• All pictures displayed on the website are of original millennia products. The color on
screens may vary due to differences in monitor or phone screen brightness and lighting
during the photoshoot.
• Sale and promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• No refunds or exchanges on accessories.
• The delivery charges are non-refundable, except in case of defective or incorrect items
delivered.
• The returned parcel intended for refund remains the customer’s responsibility until it has
reached our warehouse.
